| Mountaineer Frenchies *French Bulldog Guarantee/Sales Contract* Pup Breed ______________________ Litter Registration or AKC Number _________________ DOB _______________ Color ________________ This guarantee/contract valid from date of purchase ____________ until ____________. After this date, warranty is expired. The following conditions are covered by this warranty: Hip dysplasia - severe case, requiring surgery to return pup to an ambulatory state. Must have X Ray and 2 opinions^ from 2 unrelated vets. If imported, pup must be positively identified on X Ray; tattoo or chip number must be present on film. Spinal, heart, pancreas, kidney defects of a severe, life threatening nature. (Imminent paralysis, heart problem that is life threatening, diabetes, uremic poisoning due to kidney failure, chronic pancreatitis, kidney failure.) Must have 2 opinions^ from 2 unrelated vets. Seller reserves the right to have my vet confer on any case. Seller reserves the right to have my vet or a vet of my choosing examine pup at any time. ^Opinions must reach same conclusion! Unrelated vets means two separate vets NOT working together or in the same clinic. *Buyer must report any trouble immediately to Seller. Buyer must get all vet records to Seller within 5 days of reporting trouble. If condition is covered under this guarantee, Buyer must return affected pup to Seller within 10 days of report and Seller will replace pup with one of equal or greater value within 12 months of receiving affected pup. You will not receive a refund of any kind; either partial or full, you will receive a replacement pup. In some cases Seller will request euthanasia. If Seller requests this, Buyer must have it done to get replacement pup. If Buyer euthanizes pup without Seller permission, contract is null and void. *This warranty does not cover what we in Bulldogs consider normal: Cherry Eye, entropian, ectropian, umbilical hernia, inguinal hernia, loose hips, loose knees, infertility, allergies, bacterial infection of any kind, fungus, parasitic infection, hypoplastic trachea, retained testes, soft palate issues, respiratory infections, kennel cough, tail abnormalities, demodex, stenotic nares, cosmetic issues, Buyer ignorance, neglect incompetent veterinarians, or anything not included above. We will not cover any death for any reason if pup dies under anesthesia! *Buyer must take puppy to a vet within time allotted below. You are STRONGLY URGED TO HAVE YOUR VET TEST PUPS STOOL FOR COCCIDIOSIS!!!! Buyer must email us the results of this exam by midnight on same day no matter what results are. Email: mtneerfrenchies@yahoo.com You don't need to get an official report, just tell me if it went well or problems were found. Failure to do this renders this guarantee void and you give up your right to any compensation or registration papers from Seller, ever. Seller's responsibilities are terminated by Buyer's failure to report vet findings, or by Buyer's not getting pup to vet in time allotted. You have until __________________ to take pup to vet. Report back immediately! *This pup is current on shots and deworming. Every effort has been made by Seller to insure pups health. Pup has been recently examined and appears healthy. If pup is on medication prescribed by my vet upon arrival to your home, Buyer agrees to continue with it until treatment is completed. *Pup is guaranteed against life threatening viral infection of Parvo or Distemper for 48 hours after pup leaves Seller's home. Buyer must have ELISA test performed if claiming viruses. Test must be performed within this 48 hour period! If pup lives, Seller will pay bet bill UP TO $450.00. If pup dies, it will be replaced as stated above. Any vet costs above $450.00 is Buyer's responsibility. *If pup dies within this time frame, Buyer will pay to have it autopsied. If cause is found to be congenital or genetic, Seller will replace pup within 12 months of autopsy report. Seller reserves the right to confer with my vet in this case to determine cause of death. *Buyer is responsible for all vet bills. Seller will not pay any vet bills other than in a confirmed case of Parvo or distemper as explained above. Buyer agrees that he/she is responsible for ALL vet bills after pup comes home to you. Buyer is responsible for all transportation cost to return affected pup to Seller and to ship replacement pup to Buyer. *Pup is sold as pet only and Seller makes no warranty or guarantee on future winnings of any pup or breeding quality and soundness. *Buyer understands that deposits are not refundable under any circumstance except if pup is found to suffer serious health problems by my vet. Seller will inform Buyer if health problems are found. *Not getting your pup to your vet within time allotted and reporting back to me, not reporting any/all abnormal results within this 6 month time frame immediately, not finishing medicine prescribed by my vet, not obtaining 2 reports from 2 separate vets, not getting pup to a vet of my choosing if I request it, not returning affected pup to me within 10 days renders this guarantee void and you give up your right to any compensation from Seller. *Buyer understand the issues of the breed and its needs and agrees to provide premium food, proper preventative care, care of any hygiene needed and to house the pup correctly. Buyer also understands that anesthetizing any Bull breed is dangerous and does so under own risk. Buyer will keep pup current on shots and heart worm prevention. Buyer is responsible for all/any conditions not specifically listed above or any that could be due to accident, injury, poisoning, and ignorance/neglect on Buyer's part. Seller is only responsible for life threatening genetic or congenital problems that become apparent within this 6 month time frame and only if contract terms have been met. Buyer understands and accepts this. Seller has the right to revoke (cancel) sale of pup to any Buyer for any reason at any time, up to time Buyer takes delivery of pup. All monies will be returned to Buyer in this case. Buyer agrees that jurisdiction and place of venue is Preston County, West Virginia. Seller neither makes nor implies any guarantee or warranty other than what is put forth in this document. Buyer understands and agrees to these conditions of sale. This warranty is only intended for original owner and is not transferable. Buyer has read and has been given a copy of this warranty. In complete understanding and agreement, Buyer signs below. Seller must initial any additions or deletions to the contract.
